Lola, Persian cat

Lola suffered recurrent haemorrhagic cystitis. The primary care vet thoroughly investigated the case via urine culture, blood tests, contrast xray and tried different medications before referring Lola.

The owner said:

'I came to see Myriam with my cat Lola after 6 months of Lola having persisting problems with cystitis. Nothing had resolved these for any length of time and no physical cause had been found on examination and testing. So I decided to give homeopathy a try and was very happy with the outcome. The remedy provided quickly settled symptoms, can be used preventatively if stress that could trigger the cystitis is anticipated and led to a 6 month symptom free period. We have had to use the remedy again recently with the same good effects.'

Bella, 5 y/o, Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Bella was only 4 y/o when she had a TTA surgical procedure to correct ligament damage to her left hind leg. Only few months later the operation she developed a lameness on her front left leg, after further investigations surgery was discussed as next option.

The owner said:

'We didn't want to put Bella trough anymore surgery so to avoid this we tried Homeopathy with the assistance of Myriam.

Firstly Bella has been prescribed a homeopathic remedy for a short period of time. She responded very well to the remedy. Then we put her on the Bone And Raw Food (BARF) diet with Petplus supplement, glucosamine and cod liver oil.

I am delighted with Bella's response to non surgical therapy, she is once again happy and content member of family able to enjoy lead exercise. I would definitely recommend homeopathy as Bella had such a positive response.'

Tizzie, 12 y/o, Yorkshire Terrier

Tizzie has been receiving medrone tablets for many years due to allergic skin problems and although the primary care vet tried to minimize the dose she receives she started showing some signs of iatrogenic hyperadrenocorticism - hormonal condition caused by the side effect of the steroid medication.

She has also developed multiple blocked cysts on her feet and lately a neurological condition causing ataxia - loss of the ability to coordinate muscular movement.

The owner said:

Tizzie is our constant companion. She has been very ill this year and we feared the worst. I took her to see Myriam who provided, what can only be described as, a miracle potion and she has made an amazing recovery and seems to have a new zest of life!

Charlotte, DSH

Charlotte suffered anxiety and noise phobia.

The owner said:

Our cat, Charlotte, was feeling frightened at all times. Every time we had a visitor or someone was using the door bell she had panic attacks and she escaped to hide somewhere in the bedrooms. Day after day it became worse and she was running away every time she heard a loud noise (even a simple sneeze was frightening her).

After a visit to the practice, Myriam found a remedy for Charlotte. We gave her the remedy every evening and we saw the first improvement after 15-20 days. Charlotte became more friendly with our other cats and she stopped having the frequent panic attacks. After one month she stopped running away when she heard loud noises and now she is very peaceful and not stressed at all.

Pyewockit, Siamese cat

The cat suffered with otitis externa and cutaneous cysts.

The owner said:

We took our first cat to see Myriam after not knowing what else to do for her symptoms. She used to get little lumps under her chin which she would scratch until they bled and she used to scratch her ears until they were red raw and sometimes bleeding.

She also used to eat anything off the floor but had a particular liking for fluff and human hair, we would often find her with half eaten hairs coming out of her mouth and the other end of her digestive tract! We saw Myriam for over a year and during this time we saw gradual improvements until all her symptoms disappeared. Her ears are totally healed and she no longer scratches them or her chin until they bleed. She also doesn't get the lumps under her chin like she used to.

Akhash, Persian cat

Cronic conjunctivitis and anxiety.

Our next cat had a number of psychological issues but we didn't get treatment for these until she developed an infection of her left eye that kept coming and going for over 4 months. The eye would become red, sore and weep a yellow discharge. She was a very demanding and nervous cat. She would often bite her own tale and claws. She was also very sensitive to noise and used to cry if there was music on or when we were washing up the dishes. She was very needy of attention and would become very upset when left alone.

The owner said:

We contacted Myriam again because we'd had such success with our other cat. She had just one treatment and the next day both eyes were very sore, which took a couple of days to heal and she has never had an eye infection since. She no longer bites her tale and claws. We can also listen to music and wash up without her crying. She also doesn't get upset when we have left her. She is like a new cat and a very happy one. I was amazed at her response to the treatment and the changes we quickly saw in her.

Myriam provided us with an exceptional service and I would recommend her to anyone with a poorly pet.
